Be sure to check out whether your company has donation or volunteering matching programs like the MS Giving Portal for MS Employees through Benevity.org. In many cases, your company may donate matching amounts to your volunteering efforts. Microsoft employees can generate $25 per hour volunteered for Digital Defiance.

• Mentor: Guide younger engineers to work with industry standard methods and prepare them for working for a large tech business.
• Management: Guide projects, especially in Agile.
• WordPress management: Help design and improve our WordPress hosted website as well as keep it up to date. Numerous plugins like Gamipress could use configuring for optimal participation by Guild members and the public.
